Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns and exchanges can be made within a window of 3 days from receiving the products.
2. Refunds are only offered in the form of gift cards and coupon codes.
3. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must be in original packaging with its original tags attached.
4. In case of exchange or returns, reverse pick-ups are either arranged by us or the customer will have to ship the parcel to us at the following address-

5. Item is eligible for return/ exchange request only once.
6. Gift cards, coupon codes and exchanges are released and processed after successful reception and analysis of the original product by the team.
7. If you are exchanging a product with another product of a lesser value, the balance will be refunded back in the form of store credit, gift card and coupon code.
8. All disputes regarding non delivery of product or incorrect product received need to be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
